1cm edge tear on the left edge, five tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, 2cm edge tear and a small edge tear on the right edge, blu-tac residue patch near the right edge (top), small edge tear and mild edge wear on the top edge, two additional vertical fold lines (one near each edge), crease from left edge to the left vertical fold line (just above center), Otherwise Very Good!!
