CONDITION :

Very mild creasing/edge wear around the edges, three tiny tears on the top edge, small tear near the bottom of the right edge, 1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the bottom edge, 2 to 3 pinholes near every corner, very mild fold wear, four pinholes in the red background near the center of the left edge, light diagonal crease from the top edge down to just below the center of the right vertical fold line (going down to the right of the title), light vertical crease from the top edge down to the center horizontal fold line (through the left tip of the roof), a few light surface wrinkles throughout, title written on the back of the bottom edge in Biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good.
