Top edge appears to have been trimmed very slightly as the dimensions are correct but the edge is not particularly straight, Small pinhole tear near the left edge on the bottom horizontal fold line, small crease on the left edge, Crease across the bottom left corner, very mild fold wear, the back of the left side of the poster has numerous small stains possibly from footprints or possibly damp or liquid splashes (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), Otherwise Very Good.
