CONDITION :

2 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the right edge along with moderate creasing, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild edge wear on the left edge, extremely mild edge wear on the bottom edge, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, mild fold wear including a 2 cm tear across the right fold intersection on the top horizontal fold line and a small tear on the left fold intersection on the top horizontal fold line, small patch of dark print speckles in the yellow background just right of the “Last” text, extremely faint 7 x 3 cm water stain on the back of the center of both side edges (not noticeable on the front), Otherwise Very Good.
