CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear on the top edge, small tear on the left edge, extremely mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), the 12 certificate is a sticker, title written on the back of the bottom edge in Biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), some very faint damp spots throughout the back of the bottom left corner fold segments (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good.
