CONDITION :

Numerous grubby fingermarks around each corner and the top edge center, 5-8 pinholes near each corner, two pinholes near the top center, five tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the left edge, a little browning to the right tip of the top edge and also the tip of the top of the left edge, two additional horizontal fold lines near the bottom and a couple near the top, mild fold wear including a couple of small tears on the right vertical fold and stress marks on the fold lines, tiny brown spot of damp in the right border, small dark mark near the bottom edge (just left of the right vertical fold), Otherwise Good.
