CONDITION :

Very mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge with slight Browning to the tip of the edge, 1 cm tear along with a smaller tear and very mild creasing on the right edge, 2 cm tear just above the center of the left edge (this has a 3 x 3 cm patch of tape on the back and the adhesive has stained through to the front), two small tears also on the left edge, surface is fairly creased/wrinkled throughout, a little blu-tac grease near both top corners and the top of all three vertical fold lines, extremely mild fold wear (additional creasing around the fold intersections), otherwise good.
