CONDITION :

1cm edge tear with surrounding creasing near the top of the left edge, small piece torn from the left edge (just below top fold line), three tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the left edge (bottom half), small crease on the top edge, mild fold wear including a couple of small tears on the top section of the center vertical fold line, some colour print has transferred onto the left of the top horizontal fold line, Otherwise Very Good.
