CONDITION :
Three extremely tiny tears on the top edge, very mild edge wear to the tip of the top left corner, small faint diagonal crease across both top corners, extremely mild edge wear on the left edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on some the fold lines and a small wear hole at the center fold intersection) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, the title has been written on the back twice in Biro (the pen has slightly embossed the front..to the right of the head of the top frog), otherwise very good.
