CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the top and right edges, small tear and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny tear near the top of the left edge, light creasing around the left and center vertical fold lines due to being folded slightly out of alignment, surface is lightly creased/wrinkled throughout particularly near the right edge, otherwise very good.
