CONDITION :

2cm edge tear on the top center, mild edge wear and a couple of tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, small surface tear (white patch where the print layer has come off) on the bottom edge just right of the left vertical fold line, Very mild edge wear on the right edge, Sellotape has been removed from the back of the corners causing paper thinning, sellotape on the back of the top center, Mild fold wear including a tiny tear at the left fold intersection and the center fold intersection, Otherwise Very Good!!
