Tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, some very light surface creasing just above the bottom edge (near corners), very faint vertical indentation line from top to bottom near the left edge (probably from a frame), very mild creasing around the fold intersections, light fingermark around the top left corner, otherwise very good!
