1cm edge tear on left edge, two small edge tears on the bottom edge, 2cm edge tear on right edge, tiny edge tear on top edge, very mild edge wear, crease across top right corner, some fold wear including a small wear hole on the center fold intersection of the right vertical fold plus an extremely tiny wear hole on four of the other fold intersections plus a couple of small tears on the right vertical fold, surface is lightly wrinkled, Otherwise Good.
