CONDITION :
2cm edge tear on the left edge (top), 4m edge tear and a tiny edge tear plus mid creasing on the bottom edge, 1cm edge tear and mild edge creasing on the right edge, nine small edge tears on the top edge, mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the left fold intersection and three tiny holes at the center fold intersection, edges have browned a little, a couple of grubby marks just right of the back of the lady at the top right, Otherwise Very Good!
