CONDITION :

Light creasing around the bottom right corner, small edge tear at the right edge of the center and bottom horizontal fold lines, some dark print has transferred into the white border (mostly around the bottom, some has also transferred into the title), mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the center and bottom fold intersections, surface is lightly wrinkled, Otherwise Very Good.
