CONDITION :

Extremely mild creasing around the edges, tiny pinhole tear through the tip of the top left corner, pinhole near every corner, very slight Browning to the tip of the edges around the left corners and also the top half of the vertical fold lines, extremely mild fold wear (additional creasing around some the fold intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds as issued, otherwise very good!
