CONDITION :

12 x 2 cm piece torn from the bottom edge, two 2 cm tears along with a 1 cm tear and approximately 10 tiny tears and heavy creasing on the bottom edge, 3 cm tear and two 1 cm tears along with a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, crease across top corners, very mild creasing on the top edge, creasing across both bottom corners, band of approximately 4 horizontal creases completely across the top of the poster (these have attracted some dark print making them look a bit grubby), two creases from the “W” in “WALT” down to the bottom edge, blue Biro scribble in the bottom of the right border, six pinholes around the top left corner area (some are couple of inches inward of the corners), five pinholes near the top center, some fold wear including six small tears across the left vertical fold line and a couple of tiny tears on the center vertical fold line plus stress marks on the fold lines, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, a number has been written on the back in Biro (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), Otherwise Good. (If framed to hide the outer border, it would look very good!)
