CONDITION :

Tiny tear at the center of the left edge, extremely mild creasing/edge wear at the top of the left edge, 1 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and very mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge, tiny crease on the bottom edge, a few small light surface creases near the top and bottom edges including some tiny white stress marks, otherwise very good!
