Two 4 cm tears on the bottom edge along with mild creasing (there is a little tape on the back of both tears), a few small white surface creases near the bottom edge (thicker crease at the bottom center), mild creasing on the side edges, 5 cm thin horizontal light print error patch just right of QUICK, otherwise good.
