CONDITION :

Extremely mild creasing at the top of the right edge, mild/moderate creasing on the left edge including several white stress marks, five small Dull powdery spots near the bottom left corner (possibly some kind of print error), a couple of tiny light surface creases near the bottom edge, otherwise very good!
