Small crease across the tip of the top left corner, extremely tiny tear and mild creasing at the top and bottom of the left edge, 12 cm light diagonal crease across the bottom left corner, light surface creasing around the bottom edge including a few tiny white stress marks, extremely tiny tear and very mild creasing at the bottom of the right edge, small tear at the center of the top edge, a few small white surface creases just below the top center, light 12 cm diagonal crease from the left edge down through the stairs, otherwise very good.
