A couple of tiny creases on the top edge (near right corner), three tiny creases on the right edge, 1 cm tear along with a couple of small creases on the bottom edge, two small white surface creases just above the bottom edge, a couple of small white surface creases above the title, some very light surface creasing near the left and bottom edges (only noticeable certain viewing angles), otherwise very good.
