2 cm tear on the bottom edge near the right corner (piece only held on by the edge tip), two small edge tears and numerous tiny white crease lines also on the bottom edge, mild creasing on the right edge, approximately 5 tiny edge tears and numerous tiny white crease marks on the top edge, mild creasing on the left edge, several white surface creases near the side edges (largest is 2 cm), a few tiny white surface creases around the title area, otherwise okay.
