Two 4 cm horizontal white crease lines near the top left corner with additional surrounding surface creases, small edge tear and moderate creasing on the top edge, tiny edge tear and mild creasing on the right edge, mild creasing on the bottom edge, several small white surface creases in the background around the side edges, 6 cm jagged white surface crease with surrounding creasing around the “K” in the title plus a few small white surface creases below it, Otherwise Good.
