CONDITION :

Small tear on the top edge, tiny tear and mild edge wear on the left edge, tiny piece torn from the tip of the bottom left corner, tiny piece torn from the bottom edge, small tear and a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing also on the bottom edge, very mild creasing on the right edge, extremely mild fold wear, two small patches of blu-tac grease? in the top border (between the center and right vertical fold lines), 6 cm horizontal dark print streak in the top border (just right of the right vertical fold line), otherwise very good.
