CONDITION :

1 cm piece torn from the center of the top edge, small crease across the top left corner, approximately six tiny tears and very mild edge wear on the top edge, 1 cm tear at the center of the right edge along with mild creasing, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the bottom edge, approximately 8 small patches of blu-tac grease evenly spaced across the top edge, blu-tac grease at the bottom of all three vertical fold lines and the bottom corners, blu-tac grease at the center of the side edges, 4 to 6 pinholes near every corner and the center of every edge (some have torn together), small white print error patch in the blue background to the right of Van Dykes forehead, surface is lightly creased/wrinkled throughout (particularly near the edges), light creasing around some the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise good.
