CONDITION :

1 cm piece torn from the bottom left corner, additional surrounding creasing around the bottom left corner (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creases), five tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, small crease across the bottom right corner, tiny tear on the top edge, extremely mild creasing on the left edge, a couple of tiny dark print marks and a couple of tiny Brown spots of damp around the bottom center, otherwise very good.
