CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear at the top of the left vertical fold line, extremely mild edge wear on the bottom edge, light surface creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal fold lines), surface creasing between the left and right vertical fold lines (just above the center and horizontal folds), light diagonal creases at the top and bottom of the left and right vertical fold lines, very light surface creasing along the top and bottom, very faint band of Browning on the back of the bottom of the half of the left edge and the back of the left half of the bottom edge (not noticeable on the front), Otherwise Excellent!
