CONDITION :

Small tear and very mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge, extremely mild creasing/edge wear on the other edges, tiny tear at the top center, 1 to 3 pinholes near every corner along with some fingermarks, additional creasing around the vertical fold lines (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded), some blue print has transferred onto the creasing around the right vertical fold line, surface is lightly creased/wrinkled throughout (particularly near the top above the Michael J. Fox credit), small grubby mark to the right of the PG certificate, title has been written on the back of the top edge in red Biro which has embossed the surface a little, light creasing around some of the fold intersections, otherwise good.
