CONDITION :

Faint patches of tiny light brown spots of damp throughout the top white border (mostly around the corners and along the edge, plus a couple within the “54”), 1 cm edge tear and two smaller tears on the top edge along with moderate creasing, 1 cm edge tear on the left edge, moderate creasing along the bottom, a little blu-tac residue/grease mark on each corner, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), a few small tiny white surface creases around the right edge, Otherwise Very Good.
