CONDITION :

Extremely mild creasing on the right and bottom edges, a couple of tiny greyish print spots near the top of the left edge, a little pink print has transferred onto the bottom fold intersection area of the left vertical fold line, light creasing around and between some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise excellent!
