CONDITION :

1 cm tear and four small tears on the left edge along with moderate creasing, 5 x 1 cm light Brown liquid stain on the bottom edge (near right corner along) and an even fainter similar sized stain near the bottom left corner, mild creasing also on the bottom edge, very mild creasing on the top and right edges, light diagonal crease across every corner, light diagonal creasing around the top and bottom of every fold line, very mild fold wear, slight Browning around the edges, the “AA” certificate is a sticker, some black print has transferred onto and around the right fold intersection, otherwise very good.
