CONDITION :

1.5 cm tear at the center of the top edge, three extremely tiny tears and a couple of tiny creases also on the top edge, small tear the bottom of the center and left vertical fold lines, 2 to 3 pinholes near every corner and the center of the bottom edge, two pinholes near the top of both the left and right vertical fold lines, two pinholes near the left edge (left of man’s hand), extremely mild fold wear (additional creasing around some the fold intersections… Note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise very good.
