Two tiny tears and extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, extremely tiny Brown stain spot near the bottom edge (right of the bottom of the right vertical fold line), extremely mild fold wear (creasing around the fold intersections), surface is very lightly wrinkled throughout, otherwise very good!
