CONDITION :
Extremely tiny tear and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, small crease across the top left corner, a couple of tiny creases on the left edge, fine vertical line of blue print around the bottom of the left edge, small blue print spot a couple of inches below the top left corner, numerous light surface creases throughout the fold segments nearest the right edge (some have developed white stress marks), some very light surface creases in the fold segments near the left edge, otherwise good.
