Extremely mild edge wear, a couple of extremely tiny tears and Browning/Brown spots of damp on the tip of the bottom half of the right edge, 2 to 4 pinholes near every corner (some have torn slightly and most are a few inches inward of the corners), extremely mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), Otherwise Excellent!
