1cm edge tear on the right edge (center), small edge tear on the top edge, mild edge creasing on the top and right edges, three small plain white spots on the left edge where the green has not printed, 3cm damp stain patch on the back of the left and right fold intersections (does show through on the front ..more noticeable on the right fold intersection as it is within a plain white area), Very Mild fold wear, Otherwise Very Good!
