CONDITION :

2 pinholes near each corner and the top center (some are a few inches inward of the edges), extremely tiny edge tear on the top edge, a couple of light finger marks around the bottom right, small brown patch within Hitchcock’s image near the bottom (print error?), very mild fold wear, crease from the left vertical fold to the center vertical fold (just above the center horizontal fold line), Otherwise Excellent !.
