The whole poster has yellowed, 27 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, small patch of light surface creasing just below the top edge (above the second R in CAREY), tiny tear near the top of the right edge, two small tears and mild creasing on the left edge, 6 cm light surface crease through the top right corner of the main building, otherwise good.
