Several small white creases along the top edge, 3 cm diagonal white crease and a few smaller creases on the right edge, 6 cm diagonal white crease across the bottom right corner, tiny tear and a few small white creases along the bottom edge, 6 cm thick white jagged crease above the shoulder, numerous small white surface creases in the black background near the center of the right edge and below the last three letters of FOREVER, a few small white surface creases around the first letter of FOREVER, otherwise okay.
