Two small edge tears on the top edge (through all pages), creases across all corners, mild creasing to the edges (heavier around the top and bottom), has yellowed with age, tiny brown stain spot on the front cover near the bottom left corner of the main image, a few tiny brown spots of damp throughout, Otherwise Okay.
