Three small tears and mild creasing along the top edge, two tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, two small tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, three small tears and mild creasing on the left edge, surface around the bottom right corner area is fairly creased and there is a 2 cm surface tear within the creasing (just below the last letter of the title), crease across the bottom right corner, the back of the right edge/bottom right corner area is a bit grubby (not noticeable on the front), otherwise good.
