CONDITION :

3 cm tear near the bottom of the right edge (has tape on the back), 3 cm crease and a couple of small creases across the bottom right corner, mild creasing/edge wear also on the right edge, tiny crease across both left corners, very mild creasing on the left edge, Otherwise Very Good.
