CONDITION :

2 cm tear and mild creasing on the top edge, a couple of small white surface creases near the top left corner, 3 cm and a 2 cm white surface crease plus some additional tiny white surface creases near the top right corner area, tiny tear near the bottom of the right edge, 3 cm white surface crease along with several small white surface crease near the bottom left corner area, several small white surface creases near the left edge (mostly between the edge and Jackmans back), tiny tear at the center of the left edge, a couple of random tiny white surface creases, otherwise good.
