2 cm slither torn from the top edge (near right corner), tiny piece also torn from the top edge (near left corner), moderate creasing and a couple of small edge tears also on the top edge, several white surface creases around the bottom right corner, seven tiny edge tears and mild creasing along the bottom edge, 12 cm horizontal jagged surface crease/scratch line near the bottom edge (left of center), a few tiny white surface crease spots near both side edges, tiny spot of print loss near the top right corner, small spot of print loss within the credits block (just above the certification box) and another spot of print loss again in the credits block above the filmgate logo, otherwise okay.
