Mild creasing on the bottom edge, extremely tiny piece torn from the right edge, a couple of tiny creases on both side edges, very mild edge wear on the top edge, a few tiny white surface creases near the left edge, a couple of 2 cm surface crease lines near the center of the right edge, Otherwise Very Good !
