CONDITION :

A couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, tiny tear and mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, extremely mild edge wear on the bottom edge, some dark print has transferred into the outer white borders, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), a little scuffing along and around the horizontal fold line and the bottom quarter of the center vertical fold line, light scuffing in the Brown background around the bottom of the left edge, additional crease to the right of the top quarter of the center vertical fold line, a few light surface creases, otherwise very good.
