CONDITION :

Extremely Tiny piece torn from left edge (near top), Tape has been removed from the back of all corners taking the top layer of paper with it causing a little paper thinning in these areas, Tiny brown stain spot just right of the center vertical fold line (a few inches from the top), five tiny staple holes around the top left corner, very mild edge wear on the right edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), Otherwise Very Good.
