1 cm tear on the top edge, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, very mild fold wear, 1 to 2 pinholes near every corner, very light surface creasing near the side edges, a couple of tiny faint Brown spots of damp near both side edges, Otherwise Very Good!
