CONDITION :

4 cm tear on the left edge (has acid free tape on the back), several small white surface creases near the left edge, 1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the top edge along with mild creasing (mostly on the left), small crease across the bottom right corner, two small tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the tip of the bottom edge, tiny pinhole near each corner, tiny white surface crease below the nose and another on the chin, tiny white surface crease just left of the left eye, otherwise very good.
